Fabu-WALL-ous Solutions also enters into a variety of other types of contracts tailored to the specifics of the project and needs of the client - including fixed fees, cost plus, not to exceed, and other methods.
- If we enter into a contract with Fabu-WALL-ous Solutions, when will you be able to start work on my project?
Scheduling of new work is always based on our current backlog of work on projects, availability of personnel, the time of year and weather conditions, estimated time for permitting based on City / County requirements and numerous other factors that may pertain to a specific project. Should our availability not meet your needs, we will be pleased to suggest an alternate contractor or other possible solutions for consideration.
- Will Fabu-WALL-ous Solutions provide a written contract describing what is to be done with a schedule and billing information?
Yes, we do not perform work without a written contract with a specified scope of work and payment schedule. We will provide an anticipated schedule for completion of your project. This protects all parties and helps to prevent future misunderstandings.
